Fee Policy and Schedule for iCAN Students 

The school year runs from mid-August to mid-June. Tuition fees for the school year 2008-2009 are as follows:

Extras:

Payment of tuition fees can be made in the following two ways:

  1. The total amount is paid in August at the start of the new school year.
  2. The total amount is paid in four equal installments during the course of the school year:
Half Day: Nursery 1 & 2: $650 x 4 = Total of $2500
Full Day: Nursery 2: $775 x 4 = Total of $3100
Reception: $775 x 4 = Total of $3100
Year 1: $1187.5 x 4 = Total of $4750
Year 2: $1187.5 x 4 = Total of $4750
Year 3: $1425 x 4 = Total of $5700
Year 4: $1425 x 4 = Total of $5700
Year 5: $1425 x 4 = Total of $5700
Year 6: $1425 x 4 = Total of $5700
Year 7: $1925 x 4 = Total of $7700

The payment dates for 2008-2009 are indicated on the school calendar as follows:                  6th August 2008, 7th October 2008, 5th January 2009, 1st April 2009.

Capital and Enrollment Fees - These fees are non-refundable. Capital fees are payable at the time of initial registration and then at the start of each new school year. The enrollment fee is a one time payment.

Non-Payment of Fees - All tuition fees are due by the date indicated above unless other arrangements have been approved in advance by the Director. Following the due date (s) a late charge of $25 per week will be added to the student's account and will continue to be added each week thereafter until the fees are made current. Failure to make payments within three weeks will result in exclusion of your child from the school. In the case of there being a waiting list for your child's class, the place will be given to first the child on that list.

Discounts - A 10% discount on tuition fees is applied to the third child in family attending iCAN. We do not discount our fees if you take extra holidays during term time or if your child is ill.

Refunds - Payment plan 1(one full payment) : Refunds will be by ½ a school year only. Payment plan 2 (4 equal installments): Refunds will not be given after each payment, except when a child attends school for 4 weeks or less, in which case ½ the payment will be refunded. Children attending school for more than 4 weeks in a payment period will not be eligible for a refund for that quarter.

 * Refunds on school fees are applicable to children being withdrawn from iCAN permanently and DO NOT apply to children who are absent for a period of time but remain on roll.
