MP2 Trip to Trash is Nice

MP2 had an excellent, thought provoking trip to Trash is Nice this week as part of their Nature of Life unit, exit point. The Year 3 and 4 learners were able to see how this great initiative helps divert plastic from landfill and processes it on-site before making it into new, saleable products. The learners got stuck into sorting the different materials in the workshop and considered the varying decomposition times of these, before making their own hand- crafted product to take home. A huge thank you to Trash is Nice for hosting us and helping our learners to make mindful choices in the future.
